Warranty and Limitation of Liability

Warranty

We provide a five-year warranty from the date of delivery that covers defects in materials and workmanship.

Faulty parts under warranty will be replaced by Morelli Designers’ Morelli Urban Furniture division further to inspection by an authorized service representative.

Labour and transportation costs incurred to replace parts are not covered by this warranty and must be borne by the buyer.

This warranty only applies to products that have been properly set up by skilled professional installers, as recognized by Morelli Designers’ Morelli Urban Furniture division.

This warranty does not cover breakage caused by improper handling of furniture during transportation and setup by the customer. A few examples of breakage include degradation of the surface finish, which could lead to premature rusting, or dented or twisted metal parts.

This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accidents, alterations of any kind, mishandling, improper installation, misuse, negligence, abuse or exposure to the elements. No coverage will be provided for premature wear due to misuse or vandalism that could lead to breakage.

This warranty only applies to products that have been serviced in accordance with the “Maintenance” instructions provided by Morelli Designers’ Morelli Urban Furniture division and included in the relevant product datasheet.

It does not cover damage from abrasives used near or on the furniture that may cause premature deterioration.

Wooden components left outdoors are not covered by warranty against cracks, splinting and colour changes, as they may be altered by weather conditions. This is normal and does not affect the material’s structural integrity.

Inspection is required upon delivery before the furniture is set up, and the customer must submit a signed confirmation of acceptance to Morelli Urban Furniture.
